I think it's that Kotori is in love with Umi, but Umi is in love with Honoka, because if we see the image https://dynasty-scans.com/images/3098 we can see that Kotori started the kiss, that could mean that Kotori is in love with Umi, but in the image https://dynasty-scans.com/images/6508 we can see Umi kidnapping Honoka and that could give to say that Umi likes Honoka, in general, I think Kotori wants to attack to Honoka to make it clear that SHE likes Umi :)
