She could have just used her telekinesis on them and snapped their neck. I mean, they were trying to eat her, and they should have known better than messing with someone that can move this with her mind. You should have used your common sense in strategy.

I am still kind of unclear as to why Mizuchi was abandoned by Suika, sure she became a youkai and said I am going to to be your buddy, which could make it out to be uncoperating, but from what I could tell Suika just left her because she was out member, (note I do not read this all of the trough.

would it be wrong to catch this Rin, and torture her until she breaks, slowly cut up her tails, pluck out her eyes, breaks her jaw, and brake her legs, starve, and then kill her, and after killing return her carcass to Satori with a note saying stop send your pets to die, and let the hell of blazing fire die out unless you want to use another one, go ahead, this is how it feels unless you do not have feelings.
she did send/bring someone to hell after all. a fitting punishment.
