This series deserves a Wholesome tag. If we have a Lizard tag we should have a Wholesome tag.

This manga really is slow burn and pretty wholesome for young adult characters... it's more
like they're middle schoolers than high schoolers. The kiss and hand holding scenes irk me a little. Like the mangaka doesn't know how to draw hands clasping or just slightly pouting and connecting lips. ┐(´ー｀)┌

Does anyone else have the urge to just slap Nozomi's hand away and say "No! That's a bad habit!" whenever she bites her fingernails?

I don't think there's any chance of Kaoru and Uta being the endgame couple. As the "title" suggest, the plot is more about Uta dealing with her "unrequited love" for Kaoru. It's as straightforward as it can be.

It's just insufferable and frustrating at the same time to see Uta be dragged down into this rabbit hole.

I love this work very much and I enjoyed reading this recent chapter. I think I understand the strip scene with Haruki and Aya. It makes sense to me.
