I believe it's a completely original work, if you want to try and go digging your best bet would be 赤色 or Chìsè, as the author, and looking in Chinese.
The other person listed as an author is likely a group of people who work together to release comics considering one of their alternative names on baka-updates lists them as "Hedgehog Cat Comics"

Aahagahhahswghd!!! There were signs that this was going to get axed but I didn't want to believe them.
A danm shame since It was getting slightly more interesting. Seems that the main issue was a lack of direction and just tried to fit everything and died right when it seemed to start getting more focused.
