It's more likely they've moved it because it doesn't fit in with Young Comic. All but one of the magazine's current series are heavy on scenes of sex acts (the exception is a highly sexualized female wrestling manga). It has usually had quite a lot of sex in it and it has been more pornographic in the past, but it had been going through a period where it was quite varied and that seems to have ended for the 2019 issues.

Oh, thanks for that piece of background info! I was wondering about that myself. But it seems like the manga is moving to a different publisher now anyhow, so hopefully that means good things for the series in the future!

I've just been busy working on my thesis.
I have a small gap in my schedule later this month, so expect a new chapter sometime around that point.

Or is there something else going on in the translation?

チア Vs. チェア is what I suspect she’s saying; I think she’s literally saying the English words but in a Japanese way and not parsing the vowel sounds right.

Translator here, you're absolutely right! I was quite happy that this joke adapted itself into English almost automatically.
