Definitely one of my favorites in this so far, although you don’t see them starting a romance like most of the others you do see a beginning of a bond over the love of a niche artist and literacy, and to me, that is gorgeous all on its own.

3. I am pretty sure this is parodying the themes of forbidden love in Maria-sama ga Miteru and the yuri school girl genre of the 2000s as a whole.

On a side note, this was a great series. My favorite couple was the teacher and nurse, I was not expecting an older alumni couple but their story was a decent side story. I like that the authors put in their own experiences from their youth years while writing this, and as Eiki Eiki and Taishi Zao were popular yaoi authors before making this short yuri series (my first time reading anything from either of them but I have heard of Princess Princess and Love Stage), I say they did an excellent job for their first time making a yuri series.

I didn’t not expect to see something like this for a yuri plot but I’m loving it so far. I think the part that really stood out to me was when the MC was feeling bad about her wrinkles and Yoshiko hyped her up and boosted her confidence, as well as how supportive the MC’s granddaughter is.

As some of the past few users have theorized, I also wonder if the husband was gay but due to the times had to pretend to be straight and perhaps that explains a good portion on the disconnect between him and the MC as well as how he only noticed the guy walking by and was seemingly so somber. Can’t wait to read more.

10 years passed after Marisa was defeated... Kourin's kid passes the barrier so Marisa realizes that Kourin has been living in the outside world for all that time and he had a kid (so he's married already and has his own life outside, not chances of him coming back so she gotta give up on him)

Oh, now it makes sense. I though that Kourin was just downright erased from existance. How wrong I was. I'll have to re-read it now with this new prespective in mind.

You know, I found this via another yuri piece by this artist, where a girl who liked the MC blackmailed other girls into heavily bullying the MC so that the MC would never leave her house and solely depend on the girl, so I can't say that this story's true darkness is surprising.

hmm do I get this right, does the bullied girl the first one who bullied the blonde one? until she doesn't want to go to school, then the dark hair girl approach her, but then later on the blonde girl did the same to her plotting all those things to secluded her.

Basically the bullied girl (dark hair) was bullied because the blonde girl was blackmailing the bullies into bullying dark hair girl. With dark hair girl socially isolated and upset, blonde girl swoops in like a magical love goddess to heal all wounds. Now that adult dark-haired girl was becoming more liberated and free, blonde finds bullies again and asks them to tear into old wounds so that dark-hair girl goes back to being secluded and all hers against. However, dark hair girl finds out and reveals the whole thing, releasing the blackmailed bullies from blonde's control, and telling off blonde girl. However, she's basically got stockholm syndrome so I doesn't matter.
