It's Japanese manzai humor, one person says something ridiculous and the other corrects it. You guys may know it from your Japanese Annie Mays, mangos or Touhou M-1 Grand Prix. It usually ends with "so you were the one stealing my panties, iikagen ni shiro! Thank you very much, audience" after 30 minutes of denying it. I'm sure it's very very funny if you're Japanese.
