Got what they deserved. For what, being clueless? I wouldn’t exactly call them parent of the year material, but it’s a bit harsh to just get cut out of their kid’s life for that alone.

Mafuyu and Ena’s parents have caused a lot of problems for them in the series— Mafuyu’s mom and Ena’s dad in particular. There’s a lot that goes on so it’s hard to explain briefly to those who haven’t read their in-game stories.

In Project Sekai, Ena and Mafuyu are in their second year of high school. Japanese high schools are 3 years, not 4 like in some other countries, so the author is implying Ena got held back a year while Mafuyu went on to go to college.

Looking for this one really obscure manga about this really dorky gyaru girl who meets her childhood friend who's turned really shy and the gyaru girl is trying to be friends with her again except she's really bad at it. The manga also had like a live action tv series as well. Very cute, trying to find it again

You can watch episode 5 & 6 of the live action series at AbemaTV. You can install the app or go to their website, but you'll need to use VPN to actually watch the videos as AbemaTV doesn't seem to provide service to overseas. I think the 6th episode wraps up the first season. I've watched them myself and with the 5th and 6th episode, misunderstandings are beginning to thin out and they're starting to get along with each other. Both parties are feeling more affectionate and honest with the other.
