i live in Canada, but also you can just use hydrogen peroxide. it'll help break down the earwax. you can also buy special ear drops at most pharmacies in most countries I've been to, but imo they're strictly worse and more expensive

PSA: ear cleaning art is always cute, but ear picks (and q-tips, for that matter) are really bad for your ears. not only are they dangerous, they also tend to push some wax towards the inner war where it can harden and cause serious problems. i recommend using hydrogen peroxide and/or a water-based earwax cleaning kit. i know it can be unpleasant, but a bit of discomfort is better than getting an infection or worse, causing permanent damage to your ears.
