It's Ricchan not Ritchan...

Actually both ways are correct to write it and it doesn't matter that much, cos you read them both the same way. Similar like you can write ju and jyu. Both represents same sound. Just one is more popular than other.

Nah, it's " Ricchan", not Ritchan. It's not possible to write Ritchan in Japanese, cause the hiragana "T" doesn't exist. But you can double the "c" with a little "tsu" before the "chan". ^^
Oh, and also : it's seNpai, not seMpai ! xD
