I was actually expecting the antagonist from the oneshot to show up in some capacity, even if just a cliffhanger reveal for the next volume, but I think exploring Teradate's backstory so it can strengthen hers and Lulu's relationship is a good step up before jumping into future angst arcs.

Anyway Ashida has said that volume 1 will be out on August 18. They haven't mentioned taking the month off to draw covers and stuff but that's pretty normal for mangaka so we'll just have to wait and see if its in the next YH.

I like how smooth she was, casually complimenting Lulu's tail like that.

yeah they're meant to be more like fish fins that come from her lower back instead of her tailbone.
