Shimizu says 推しカプ (oshikapu)! 推し (oshi) means "support/be a fan of", and then カプ (kapu) is short for "couple". People also sometimes say 自カプ (jikapu) instead, with the 自 coming from 自分 (jibun) meaning oneself, to talk about their ships. Kind of like saying "my ship".

Early chapters of this manga's beta-version were published on Pixiv under the title "MANGA SICK", so I think the "Sick" in the title definitely refers to Maekawa's creative burnout. Later chapters were then called "Still Sick" -- probably to show that they were a continuation. I guess "Still Sick" just seemed like the better name to use for the officially serialized version.

Other people in this thread have already said this, but I too can confirm that Chica is still a lesbian at the end of the most recently published 5th volume. Chica also continues to have romantic relationships with other women in future chapters.

The 6th and final volume is on indefinite hiatus, but the directions the series take have given me no reason to believe the series will end with Chica in a relationship with a man. I doubt I would be translating Golondrina if it did. I definitely understand why people are suspicious (I certainly was too when I first read the series) but at least in what has been published, there's nothing to worry about.

There actually is one! It's release kept getting delayed but it's finally out now. I didn't play very far myself but it's pretty cute, basically a mobage dating sim but yuri. It's cool cuz it's being specifically marketed towards a female audience!
