We were having significant site issues the day you posted this. Is this continuing? Can you give some more info? Have you recently moved? Do you use a shared connection? Have you had any other accounts? I don't see anything tied to your account that should be causing issues on our end.

It’s all sorted now. I reached out to my internet provider since the same thing was happening on other sites too, and they fixed it.
