Page 4 of this update was physically painful to read.

Good feels from the ending. And the idea that the three of them are still friends who take time to see each other is very heartwarming. This was a good manga overall and I am going to miss it. Also points to Ryou for understanding Marika's goals at the end.

It's probably not meant that way but I'd like to think Tomocchi said "no" when prompted by Akane because she said Yuuta, and the one he likes is Marika.

I wouldn't really put that past him, considering how he's always called her Marika even before everyone else.

Kikuchi is the director. Which makes sense with the teacher calling them a fool at the end. I'm guessing they're actually incredibly old since we know surface world had all sorts of body changing medicine? Still, very bittersweet ending, but it was a fun read.
