This series caught my eye too, but I skipped it because my favorite review site thought rather poorly about the first volume, and it's probably not the easiest thing to read with limited vocabulary. But I didn't know yet that it's only 3 volumes, and the reviewer did a 180 turn after reading the second volume.
I'll give a summary of the reviews below for those interested.

In this review of volume 1 the reviewer says that it is probably the lowest in yuri content among all yuri hime series, even compared to Yuru Yuri, and is disappointed with this. They like the characters however (part of which are foreigners, they mention non-stereotypical American and French characters) and it shows some promise in general. They conclude with the remark that kimono hardly make an appearance despite the title.

Now this is the review of volume 2. The yuri grade and overall rating are suddenly upgraded to 8/10. The reviewer found that after reading this volume and then revisiting volume 1, some scenes can be seen in a completely different light, i.e. events in volume 2 provide the goggles for volume 1. There's also more scenes actually involving kimono or other traditional Japanese clothing. Final remark: looking forward to the next volume.
Well, at least the author plays it completely straight. The harem comedy thing is blatantly lampshaded on this volume's obi (a paper promo slip commonly wrapped around newly bought manga):
「ラッキースケべでハーレムな漫画の主人公が女の子だった件。」
Which roughly translates to "an accidental pervert harem manga with the protagonist being a girl".
