Agreed, It's been one chapter and I already miss the wholesome senpais and such before Mary entered the picture. Might even save up some chapters so I can read all this bullshit in one go.

Underwhelming ending :/ Didn't really feel like it ended, more like it just stopped in the middle.

What is the evil doctor's problem? Why does she hate the other doctor so much? And why was she trying to marry Rei off to the director?

Those are some of the many questions I too had at the end of this manga..
