I liked that one manga with the red haired basketball senpai, her blond friend she liked who had trouble because she genuinely liked more than one girl at the same time, and their kouhai who has a crush on the red haired senpai. It was something about studying for an exam and it's killing me I don't remember the name but I liked the throuple there because they all genuinely liked each other romantically and had good relationship development between the sub pairs.
This is a significantly larger group that's centered around one individual, with one pairing having more development than the rest. It's reasonable to have a preference. You can want polyamory in your yuri manga of course, but I think there's better rep out there.
Edit: I've got it: https://dynasty-scans.com/series/an_easy_introduction_to_love_triangles_to_pass_the_exam
Read this for polyamory instead of vampire harem manga. Another rec that's admittedly also hornt is https://dynasty-scans.com/series/theres_weird_voices_coming_from_the_room_next_door
Don't get me wrong I'm reading this manga too, but I kinda view harem and polyamory as separate.
