I can't for the life of me remember the name of this mangaka and their work and its absolutely killing me. Unfortunately, all I know is that one of their one-shots was very similar to Hiyori Otsu's "Maple love" from her "your cuteness" collection. The one shot I can remember the best has these features:
The story is in a college setting and someone has black nail polish. I'm sorry this all very vague information QAQ. There was a mixer that the one girl (pretty sure she had light hair) didn't really want to go to, but went because the girl she liked went (black haired..). Again, I know this is very similar to "Maple Love", but I assure you that is not the manga I'm talking about.
