Thats the NTR. The dialogue about not being able to eat her father's food anymore coupled with the lewdness of the scene makes it seem like an NTR joke.

Hmm, I got a bad feeling when it said "to be continued". The teacher says Takeyama just gave her a peck on the cheek and on page 1 in the bottom left panel she doesn't have her arms around the student, but on page 8 she does. That could just be Toono misremembering what happened though. I've become paranoid after accidentally running into my first ever NTR yuri doujin a couple weeks ago but I'm hopefully, and probably, just thinking too much into it.
