The art on chapter 11.5 is so different from previous ones, and it looks like they up the yuri. Especially when Nattsun's staring at Oriko's neck, Oriko leaning forward without her glasses, and the panel when Oriko was about to carry Nattsun on her shoulder. I suspect they're just fan service but wouldn't hurt to see if they have more romantic moments together.

Really love this series! I hope the next part is posted soon, I hate seeing the Uruma clan so helpless against this awful insect. And Hibi gets to become an adult for once.
