Anyone notice how Shion was so enraged by Frost saying that her father was overcome by the armor that she tried to draw down on her?
Or that she has a hatred of knights. Especially “lecherous knights”.
Or that she’s 2m tall and has dark hair. Not unlike Frost was expected to have…
Am I crazy to think that the sister drama has only just begun?
Hoho, you think that Frost's failure of a dad had begun sleeping around after locking up his wife? Wouldn't put it past him, honestly.
EDIT: We don't know much about Shion's background IIRC, but Clarice notes that her sword is unusual and her name does not fit the rest of the characters' theme, so it's safe to assume that she embodies the "Token Samurai In A European Setting" trope. I am not sure whether anyone had remarked that she has unusual facial features, indicating that she is actually from the setting's Japan equivalent, but if so, then the theory would be that she at least has a different mother than Frost. Otherwise, it is feasible that Frost is a changeling, or was simply switched out for Shion right after birth, so Shion grew up with different parents.
So I did some looking…
Shion is 26 years old, 2 years older than Frost, and apparently born a commoner. If Dadknight had been fooling around before marriage, it wouldn’t be the first time in fiction or history. He might even have had a better relationship with Shion than Frost, considering how low that bar was set…
All three of them do share the traits of being tall and grumpy looking. Which isn’t a paternity test, but 6’6” ladies aren’t exactly a dime a dozen. And the story so far has made much of sisterly relationships as motivation to risk one’s life. As well as setting up mirroring sets of characters, like Clarice and Frost vs Violet and Shion.
Of course, this all depends on if Frost is a Changling or an Albino. So I might be getting ahead of the story here.
