I know it's a plausable scenario. My aunt is 2 years older than me. I'm just saying that if they're niece-aunt it's impossible for Nina's mom to be the sister of Itsuki's mom, she has to be the daughter of Itsuki's sister. If they are not actually niece-aunt is another matter and they chose to refer to each other like that, though I imagine Itsuki (the author) would've said that they aren't really niece-aunt.

Oh, I totally agree. I'm 'almost' certain Yukiko is Itsuki's sister. Going by the vague information we're given :p There is no other way they can be aunt-niece otherwise... Well, 'blood related' aunt-niece

Well my niece is 3 months older than my brother.
My oldest sister and youngest brother are 22 years apart. So it's a plausible scenario.
