Wasn't Inoue-senpai the same senpai that had a huge thing for Kase way back when they were in highschool tho? Pretty sure she gave up after figuring out that Kase is dating Yamada and what kind of person Yamada is. I think that happened when Inoue-senpai went back to visit Kase the same year/the year after she (Inoue) got into college...

I don't think there were anything between Inoue and Kase. They were close friends yes but more on the rival/sport side than romantic one.

But I shall admit that, faced with such a situation, I would have said "huh" and carried on with my day. My business is mine and other's, even my friend's, is their own. Unless asked for help I shall not interfere.

Yep, it's not even BDSM at this point. She literrally threaten her to throw her by the window of second floor while strangle her and that because Hina didn't pee. Isolate her for her friends is a bit radical but since when we had common sense in a manga ?

I don't think, based on my read of next chapter that is BDSM and it's more of a superioriy complex than anything. In a later chapter Ai dress Hina as a baby but she doesn't found that amusing just dressing up as a baby and breastfeeding so she start to spank her because she prefer abusing Hina.
