Feels like they both had a negative experience and came back to each other after discovering they couldn't make it work.

I think it is strongly implied that Yuri has had a night journey of self-discovery much like Nanako's. It would be interesting to see it, even though it would break the story's POV something fierce.

I'm Stan, and I think now would be the right time to tell ya'll that... Apparently, Mochi also made some extra pages and chapters for this series, but all of them are exclusive to DIFFERENT online bookstores and retail stores.
So yeah........ I won't be able to get to them any time soon.

I am kind of ambivalent about MoS... As a long time fan of AnaKris (I even own a copy of the first English print of Cross Heart and Someday), I tried really hard to like it as much as her previous series, but to no success. I remember the intense feels I got from Breakdown, and MoS has left me in a kind of ...meh state. Either I've grown too old to enjoy the drama as I did before, or maybe the whole flashback framing took the edge out of it for me. :-(

As for the Nazism reference, I am inclined to think this is a in-joke, since "abhumans" (abnormal humans, which were referred to the original dialogue) are pretty much the complete and utter opposite of the Übermensch in the Nazi sense.

I am beginning to wonder whether this, at last, counts as Yoriko's insanity starting to pose a serious threat to Sayuri's well-being... and am blown away by the fact that it took this long for it to get to this point. :D

In any case, Shijou displays the classic case of overbearing fan myopia, where a person does not comprehend that their level of engagement with the thing they do is much more extensive than can be reasonably expected from an uninitiated outsider. Watching her realize and grow out of it would be interesting, but unfortunately, I don't think she is the self-reflective type who is ready to acknowledge and work on her personality faults.

The new girl looks quite cool, and I am feeling some kind of rivalry between her and Shijou, since she got up and left almost the moment Shijou entered the arcade.
