Well, I don't know what the fuck happened.

The bit between Hina and Alice was easy enough to understand but then the opening with Shanghai and the end with Mary and Renko left me incredibly confused.

With all the stuff going behind scenes (mangafox feud, overlay instructions, MASSIVE spoiler thread) I just feel that reading new chapters is more trouble than is worth. shrug

Despite the stoy being really good, all the behind the scenes stuff between translators, scanlators and manga agregator sites has really, REALLY killed my interest on the series.

The translator notes at the end explain the bit about the salmon

I'm pretty sure I've seen the artstyle on hentai though...

I'd say that the biggest issue is that we don't get any context for the break up. We don't know why they can't go together nor what are the plans each girl has, that combined with the multiple showing of love between the two leaves the reader with the impression of the breaking being done by drama's sake.
