I saw this on another series that ended recently as well, where people were coming in to say oh thank god I can stop seeing updates for this, this series is so bad. Everyone has their own opinion, I just can't imagine coming in at the end of a series just to insult it and say it shouldn't have existed. There's various series on here that I'm not a fan of, maybe I voiced my opinion on a chapter I tried reading, but I wouldn't go back to the series after it ended just to insult it.

I often try to be of the mind that even if I don't like something I hope others enjoy it, and that the creator's efforts are rewarded with support. I also fully acknowledge that not everything is for me, that the world doesn't revolve around me, and so I'm not bothered by seeing updates for something that I'm not interested in.

^Interesting, yeah that can be an unfortunate case with adaptions sometimes. I've had that experience with other series, knowing that a character gets better past where the adaption ends.

Given that Phu Thuy is clearly an organized crime figure, I am suspecting that Atsuko is actually a professional hitwoman who was planning to lay low or even to retire in Vietnam after a particularly big job. Killing Yuri's husband was just a pro bono bonus.

I could totally see it. She killed a guy and didn't seem particularly phased about it, if she has criminal world connections I could totally see her being someone that is used to doing hit jobs for that reason, or any other similar jobs.

I even understand why some people without a sense of humor hates April Fools' Day so much (just like me), but saying harsh words against a manga translation team doesn't make sense. It's as if, for them, that day was the new Groundhog Day. They are always born like this, grumpy and pessimistic about the world.

At least I'm trying to be tolerant about it.

Well as I said before I hope I wasn't rude to them, and I apologize again if I said anything that was out of line. I expressed what I thought was mild frustration with the day and getting pranked, along with further responses defending the ability to express that frustration within a reasonable limit. I genuinely don't have any ill feelings towards the translation team, and I greatly appreciate their work. If anything I'd hope the people committing the prank would laugh about any frustration, because they genuinely got a bunch of us. At the end of the day I laugh at my self for falling for it, and for getting frustrated at all over something so minor. This is something where I'd love to move forward from this, and I'd hug the translation team if I could.

^Yeah from what I remember she at one point took off her shoes to run on the road/pavement, and really messed up her feet. They were I believe even more damaged and bandaged than what's shown here, but my memory could also be a bit exaggerated in comparison to the reality lol
