I'm probably going to get hated for this, but...

As much as I appreciate Mitsuki's character growth to becoming assertive and confident (and as much as Aya clearly appreciated that little move as well), Mitsuki is still showing facets of jealousy, control, and lack of trust. In real life, these things are huge red flags.

If someone had come up to Mitsuki and asked her about Western music, she would have gone into full "geek mode" and chatted them up non-stop; if said person had done that under the pretense of flirting with her, Mitsuki would not have noticed; she would have been ass-deep in gushing about Eric Clapton and George Harrison 0.38 seconds upon hearing the song playing on his phone. So, for her assume Aya couldn't deal with this shows a rather meaningful lack of trust, and maybe even a bit of projection.

And, considering the meaning of the song... Patti Boyd made her choice, and George Harrison respected it. Mitsuki would know that.

So yeah... I love this comic, I've loved it since the moment I first laid eyes on it, but I can't say I like this particular entry, and I hope it isn't the start of a dark path for Mitsuki.

This is all very new for Mitsuki; she went from being a virtual shut-in to having to deal with more social situations than she had ever experienced before on a daily basis. It feels pretty realistic to me that she would still be a bit awkward and rough around the edges.She's gotten so much more comfortable in her own skin within less than a year; I'm sure she'll get there eventually. She's a smart girl and she's quite empathetic, she's more than equiped to learn and get better as a person. Plus, she has an awesome girlfriend at her side who's really good at that stuff !

Kids have to learn about death and decapitation at some point, you're doing them a favor if you ask me !

Hanayo is so naturally vibrant and funny, it makes it extra bittersweet that she's had to basically kill such a large part of herself for so long :( It's amazing that she finally gets to truly live and have all the fun she never got to enjoy before. You go granny, eat all the nabe you want with the woman you like ! Also, the son better be there to be an ally or he can frick right off.

It has a ton of fun lovey-dovey and domestic moments. I absolutely love it when Iruma-sensei writes them like that, just happy to be together and cherishing all the small things.

Miorine is more assertive and would probably take the lead early, but Suletta's fiery side would awaken pretty soon IMO. Plus, she's so big-hearted that she would want to make Miorine feel good no matter what.

That's actually very sweet of them :O If my cat could talk to me, I'd probably do stuff like that all the freaking time .
