Kojo Anna of Sugar Lyric had an English stream recently. Sadly she privated it because of some embarassing thing that happened, but it was a really fun stream, even if it went to weird places. You should keep an eye out on her.

^The impression that I get is that shippers tend to ship characters who appear more often, even if pairing with a relatively minor character would make more sense. Shippers don't want to see romance, they want to see people they know romance.

I dunno how major of a character Jinx is but seeing that I haven't watched the show, know who Raven and Starfire roughly are but don't know who Jinx is probably plays a role.

This may sound kinda cheesy, but I'd love to see a fanfiction or doujin of Jo'on using her charms to seduce Byakuren while she's getting all embarassed for not being a proper Buddhist.

After being defeated she briefly joins Byakuren's temple out of a belief her desire for material gain has failed to give her a meaningful life, but she ends up growing bored of it and returning to her life of crime.

By the way, anybody else kinda ship Shinmyoumaru/Suika? I think it could be a cute couple, but I've never seen art of it as a pairing except for like two futanari doujins (one of which was alright, and the other went into pretty nasty territory).

Omegaverse just kinda creeps me out, even though I'm fine with stuff that I feel from an objective level is worse. I don't exactly know why.

Pikamee is back from her break, but I should give a huge shout-out for Tomoshika's hard work keeping VOMS fans entertained in her absence. She's done a lot of english language content, which seeing as she barely knows any english is a pretty big amount of effort.

Plus, we got to see her first express confusion then excitement at a Duolingo story about a lesbian married couple.

More Fumitsuki stuff should be uploaded onto here. A whole bunch of his stuff was translated on Danbooru (look up the Flex Koa Time 1 and 2 pools, which are a compliation of most of his doujins) but not hard-translated.

There ought to be way more Touhou onishipping out there.

I wonder what the world of JP fanfic is like? And where you would find such a world... and if such a world was ever made readable by an english-speaking-only plebian...

Pixiv has fanfiction on it, and sometimes I use machine translation to try read it when I'm bored enough (its /mostly/ understandable). You can just check under the "novels" tab of whatever the Hololive tag is.

It's kinda awkward for yuri though because machine translation has a habit of translating every gender-neutral pronoun in Japanese as "he", and since the Japanese don't actually really use their equivelants of He and She that often (in fact they were originally created for the purpose of more accurately translating foreign languages) it tends to end up sounding more like yaoi if you get my drift. DeepL is somewhat better at figuring out gender from context than Google Translate but I've also gotten the opposite problem where DeepL refers to boys as she (I think it might be because it just assumes if you use something like the -chan honorific you're referring to a girl).

You know, I was amused by seeing people getting pissed off at the other chapters, so I was actually hoping this one would be an ireedemable dumpster fire.

Yeah, there's some stuff on it that is valid, but a bunch of it is a stretch. Like Nami doesn't need to be attracted to Camie to want to save her from being sold into slavery, she just has to be a non-garbage human being.

I prefer nami x vivi, but fine. Seems like One Piece yuri is super rare for some reason.

I don't think it's that hard to figure out, there are way more male characters (it being a shounen series). Despite it's massive popularity, it doesn't seem to be a popular target for doujinshi, much less yuri.

I think because most fans want to see the development of the story and the characters goals and dreams rather than romance. Maybe because One Piece fans are mostly younger people.

Pretty sure whoever it was was either making it up, or heavily exaggerating the few canon events that can be seen as evidence for that (most notably Nami being attracted to Kalifla).

Since she's so small she doesn't really have a lot of translated content out there, though recently she's been trying to learn English. She's pretty great though. She's a really good singer, and despite her cool tomboyish look she's actually a giant idiot which is hilarious to realize.

Other than that the only vtuber I watch regularly is Pikamee.

Also I haven't really watched anything else from Gundou Mirei but I thought you guys might be interested in this clip where she talks about what the Japanese lesbian subculture is like.
