Yeah, some people speculated about it pretty much ever since Shion showed up because she wears a similar-looking cape. Then she got really mad when Randa touched her butt.

It's possible Miho told her about it, but my money's always been on her faking it to catch her off guard. Although it would be really interesting if Miho noticed and was playing along.

While I agree that the panel you mention is an excellent illustration of her character, I'd like to add her hugging Akira as a key point in her character development, as this is (as far as I can tell) the first time she has willingly shown her vulnerability to another person.

I think this sets up an interesting situation for Akira too. Satsuki won't want Akira's father to die no matter what, so what will Akira do if push comes to shove and he tries to kill her and her mother?

The historical chapters are always my favorite in this manga so getting more of them pleases me.

This is consistent with Shiho's flaw of running away from things without seeing them through properly when things start not going her way. She quit the violin when someone better showed up, she left bands when she couldn't connect with the other members, she didn't even try to give Aki the letter anyway. There's no way she can move forward until she stops acting that way.

I'm sad about Satsuki's mental state but at least she's still in her element saving people and explaining the dangers of anything that could kill you. Even nature wants Miho to die.

If Nanao didn't change her mind on Asumi after seeing her go into love hotels with multiple girls and thinking she's a whore herself, then it's fine.

She pegged Chiaki as Hana's lover in her first appearence too so it's possible she just knew about Hana's preferences all along, maybe even told by Hana herself since Hana never got defensive or surprised about the assumption.

Good thing it didn't come to this but it would've been entertaining to see.

This chapter blindsided me with how wholesome it was, feels like the first time the series focused mostly on discussing love over sex. It's kinda weird since at this point Nanao's feelings for Asumi seem more deeply explored than Asumi's feelings for Mai.

Can't recall if we've actually seen any, but Chiaki worries about the possibility of Hana being groped by a guy in chapter 3. If they've never been drawn, it's safe to assume they're just meant to be out of focus and that the protagonists' dads are fine.

The first page of the first chapter and the very first thought balloon pretty much spell out what the series would be about, and by all intents and purposes it has done a good job so far going that direction without swerving or promising anything different. People calling it garbage for delivering on its stated premise such as the first post on this page aren't expressing a honest opinion about quality, they hid their heads in the sand and are upset it won't change to conform to the story they wanted to read.

Going off of the comments for awhile now I feel like 1 of maybe...5 people that are still reading this manga and enjoying it haha

I enjoy it, I just found Shiho's turnaround funny.
