don't get me wrong I won't deny that it'd be difficult as hell to confess.
but given the fact Tsubaki literally just found out in which team Nao's playing before her frkn eyes, it should've been really easy to confess right now for God's sake!
I don't know. Confessing to my ex which was openly bisexual was pretty much one of the hardest things I've done. And we had only been close friends for a few months or so. Just the thought of throwing away what we had left me paralyzed in fear. In the end I was shot down after a half confession, and it hurt like hell (but somehow that worked out later. Idk, life is weird). But if it was like in the story, where the two of them had been best friends for years, I might never have gathered the courage to do it. I can relate to this situation, it's really tough to risk a close friendship with a confession.

as for the the risk, I think it's worth it. besides I don't think this one innocent confession would break Tsubaki n Nao friendship not to mention I get the feeling these two ain't just ordinary friends they must've been friends for very long time a.k.a BFF
moreover all the hints are so blindingly obvious. even for blind ppl. just take a look at Nao,
she blushed furiously, grasped Tsubaki Hand, smelled Tsubaki face, n then said smthn like
"Tsubaki.. I feel like I might be into girls,
so wh-what do You think? n if I really am into girls, will You hate me?"
Idk how much clear this girl could've implied it without flat out saying, "Tsubaki, Im lusting for you" ˚ω˚ baby~ lol
Im no a dating sim expert but I see nthn but green flags there, without a doubt the odds are definitely on Tsubaki favour
