It sounds like Mei is only doing it out of obligation, not because she wants to do it as well. I understand Yuzu's pov. Plus, Mei showed no hint of emotion in her eyes. Everything she did at that moment was a turnoff.

What I think is going to happen next is that they're going to revert back to their normal daily lives with stretching, cooking, and silly arguments, rather than going into more detail of their relationship.

And then after a couple chapters, they're going to have those intimate moments again... which will leave us hoping for more, like we are now. Ambiguity at its finest.

I think I'm the only one who didn't read the tags. Didn't even realize this was cancelled until I saw this thread. I was mainly focusing on the art. Here I thought volume 6.5 was the end of it. I was actually quite satisfied with the ending.

But yeah... I'm sad now to have found all this out.

I say they're more than friends but less than lovers. They're stuck somewhere in between.
