The art and writing style are super nostalgic, it's like I'm back reading volume 20 of Yuri Hime. It reads so much like a oneshot! This is very interesting and unique from the perspective of a serialization. I'd be very pleased if such a style were continued on through the rest of the series, or at least some period of time before larger plot points come about. I find it rather strange that some drew attention to the male co-worker in a negative light. Both he and the old ladies were endearing to me! It's such a nice touch to have other characters involved early on - whether the co-worker, the villain, or the old ladies who stopped by, they all give a sense of being grounded in a larger setting. In some ways, it reminds me of Edible Flowers, though they're certainly very different stories.

Well, we'll see where it goes, but I'm intrigued already. If not particularly beautiful or striking, the first chapter certainly hit some unusual notes. And heck, the more stories we get out of high school, the better!

Worst: (As long as there cute girls into other girls, it is Yuri. Yuri can never be worst. This category doesn't compute for me.)

This is a new(er?) manga version of the popular light novel Adachi and Shimamura. I don't really have any ideas on how to name it besides differentiating based on author - input is appreciated. I'm also not up-to-date on what the differences are between the various versions, but perhaps someone else can enlighten. As always, many thanks to the scanlators for their tireless work on this series!!

This Woman Who Never Grew Up meets Girl Who Grew Up Too Fast creates a nice, unusual dynamic. The callback happened a little too quickly for my taste, but Tsugumi's "waiting" line is so good that I couldn't be bothered to care. Right now Midori is often thinking of Haru as "so much like her mother," it'll be very interesting if the story decides to explore the implications of that further.

As for the Yuri tag discussions. Frankly, I don't care if the story is Yuri beyond the degree to which this reflects on the tags we've chosen. The series is labeled Yuri on Pixiv, where its serialization runs. The series is advertised - in some places - as a yuri manga, and is sold - in some places - in the yuri section. These categorizations are not perfect - many times the Yuri label in Japan encompasses stories that wouldn't fit our criteria. That said, I do not presently intend to defy the Word of God without sufficient evidence. As of yet, no such evidence appears to exist. The tags will remain as they are for the time being.

The depiction of Ichika as just a completely smitten maiden is really great. Not something you see too often.

It's a new series. You're likely thinking of one of the others with similar premises.

I have no clue on the Age gap suggestions, I have not read ahead and know nothing of the story beyond chapter 1, and the tags posted elsewhere. Perhaps the translator or another can chime in on that one.

Anyway, this is looking to be a favorite for me, after all I like the characters, the age gap, the art and the tone too.

This one looks promising. I really like the wispy, thin art. It's very fitting for such an uneasy, distant protagonist. Some of the transitions are really great, too. Clearly this artist knows what they're up to! Some of those things the 14 year old says, "Being in a place like that would gross you out too"/"it doesn't really hit me" sure do feel relatable, too. Here's hoping the next chapters can match that level of atmosphere.

If anyone is looking for particular tags or direction on this series: don't look at me, I've no idea, either. We certainly won't be adding the Stalker tag yet, though, as that's a blatant spoiler for the chapter.

This is extremely disturbing, and quite frankly I cannot even forgive that it even exists. The mangaka should be ashamed from even doing this. How dare they show someone introducing their loved ones to gacha hell?

Not just the author, either. The immorality of the uploaders and staff of this site. How could you allow such a thing? To be shown to children? I'm done. This is despicable.
