Surprisingly, they're still active on their Pixiv account. While they haven't actually posted any drawings since 2010 and all their SakuHina art's nowhere to be seen, they've still been favoriting Yuri pics, so who knows?

Previous chapters (especially here) made it pretty clear that she really was in love with Sakuma, and she was probably just lying to herself about it. Apparently, her true feelings only come out when she's drunk.

@BugDevil Yeah, just look up "and so they were both bottoms" and there are a bunch of image results of this. Mostly yuri, with some het and yaoi here and there. It's great.

Back when this first came out, I remember seeing a spoiler to one the ending and thinking to myself "Yeah, let's pass on this one." Reading the comments now, it seems that it was even worse than the spoiler suggested, lol.

Also it's kinda funny seeing the ending of this compared to the "I'll Cheer On My Yuri Onee-chan" ending, considering they're both by the same author.
