So if chapter 5 just got released - when were chapters 6-14 done?

They were all on Batoto. Apparently something about the uploaders here only allowing the GiB version for a while or something. It was only recently that Stan brought up why the new stuff wasn't getting added and things somehow got sorted.

Looks like whatever needed to be sorted got sorted, so we should hopefully have all current chapters up once Stan does his edit of ch5.

By the by, correct Engrish title of this is "Cheerful Amnesia", in case we wanna get that updated too.

If Raizoo or Shima are around, would it be okay for the Dynasty guys to upload the Cheerful Amnesia chapters done by Kami Translations and Stan Miller if you're no longer working on it? Apparently there's, for lack of a better word, some exclusivity thing keeping releases from other scanlators getting added?

The chapter seems kind of like a sudden tie up ending to the series but no, it's still going strong. It consistently runs at the front of the magazine, placing it in good company next to New Game, A-channel, and Hidamari Sketch. It's actually one of the very few series always at the front of the magazine that hasn't had an anime adaptation.

Next volume should be out in 2-3 months.

Might wanna fix ixlone's release post which just reads "Here you go, final chapter of Swap."

I'm guessing we have to somehow contact GiB to tell the Dynasty mods that they have dropped it, and let STAN upload all the chapters since chapter 4 here.

Something something about because Girl-in-Boxes never said they have abandoned, so it's still officially their project, so nobody else can upload new chapters of this here.

Speaking as someone who headed up a /u/ scanlation of Kase-san when YP stalled on it, that sounds pretty dumb. Is it the Dynasty mods/uploaders or GiB we need to reason with to get this stuff up on here?

Yes, that is the literal word used in the original. The "con" part of these things don't directly have sexual connotations like lolicon and shotacon, and are generally used with the respective familial terminology to represent excessive clinginess (eg. someone's who a fathercon is very doting on their father, but doesn't neccessarily wanna do anything uncouth)

Anthologies are pretty much what you'd call "official doujins". They're all non-canon stories by different authors that are approved by the author and published by the same licensor. It comes to no surprise that most of these stories amp up the gay pretty wildly (see the non-story K-On! Anthology).

Signs seem to be pointing to the former. There's a point of contention since there's a version published in Yuri Hime S (titled Konohanatei Kitan) and a continuation/reboot running in Comic Birz, but the anime seems to be taking the story from the Yuri Hime version.
