I have noticed this while reading this one and it had happened in some of Itou's previous works too. Usually, the child's idea of what love and a lover is, is not what a real actual child thinks of it.

Do actual kids even fathom the concept of a lover?
I don't think this is what a real kid's reaction is like, or am I just out of touch with how the new generation thinks?

Well most children would most likely tell their parents if some adult (even ones they know) asked them to be their lover but her portrayal of children susceptible to predators are probably accurate. It's not like they actually know what they're doing. The child simply trusts the adult they've known and loved. Then they do what the adult wants them to do because the child wants to please them and "they're an adult and they know better".

I think Itou Hachi's works clearly shows that the children don't know any better. Just children being children.....and that's why she does these. I worry for Itou Hachi really.

When I spot a new work from Itou Hachi I immediately think "should I use a VPN before I click that?" Even though this is definitely one of her tamer works, I still feel the need to scrub my web history and maybe burn my laptop after having read this.

God know before we had something that ressemble progression between Inu and Neko, if we had progress at one point cause i believe it will just shenanigans all the way.

At this point, I can't even be sure if Inugami is even serious about Nekoyama considering her relationships with other characters, which is probably Nekoyama's concern as well. She should just get drunk again and claim Inugami for herself already. Top Neko is best Neko.

And the whole eyes-to-huge-breasts contact cracked me up.

I wouldn't be surprised if the daughter had planted thoughts of being in a band into the dad and pushed him to pursue his dreams since she was in elementary.
Does this mom appear in 1 x 1/2?

And the last page made me worried for Ran - getting more drinks is not good for her.

Ugh didn't need to be reminded of my trauma from Stretch. Poor Ran. At least she never suffered from the typical angst of having an unrequited love though. Did think the art and facial expressions seemed familiar but never payed attention to who the author was til now. Ah Now I'm starting to remember my trauma from having read a series that got axed (Prism) too. Damn I need an ending to that.

Best first chapter I've read in years.

Typical double bed is one of those romantic ideas that is not always so fun in practice. I kind of wanted to see them throwing theirs out couple years later out of sheer frustration.. :p

I've never really had a good night's sleep in a bed with someone else if that bed had a shared structure. Not only do you get woken up in middle of the night when the other person shifts their weight, but also have to always stress about waking them yourself.

That's why I bought one of those mattresses that even if a person literally jumps onto their side of the bed, I won't feel jack squat. Those mattresses are like clouds stolen from heaven I tell ya.

And I'm definitely for Nakatani doing more original Yuri one shots. Another series would be great but I'll settle for more of this too.

What a bunch of hilariously disastrous relationships. Their predicaments should seem depressing but with Ayano's actions, and the husband's, it makes it seem so amusing. Our poor Akari is left wondering what the hell happened too. I like how this is avoiding the limbo that's filled with the usual chapters long misunderstandings.

Oh wow! This is one of my favorite short stories and can't wait to see more of Nanao and Matsumoto. I'd love it if this actually turned into a new series.

And if it wasn't for this new chapter, I wouldn't have realized there were two new chapters added to the old series when I went to reread it, so yay!
