Iirc it's the same tl group, so more likely something else. Idk if they have uploader powers here, but if they do, then they just forgor, and if they don't, then either no one used to upload suggestion feature (or, in my case, doesn't know how to use it for stuff other than images) or the uploaders are slacking on this one
