It has been almost 5 months since Bakkin translated the last chapter of "Yuru Yuri" (ch 42 - Vol. 4). But so far their site is still inactive with a very promising message: "Bakkin website has been part of an online drama that we definitely did not want to be a part of. As of now, none of the scanlated chapters are lost; however, we still do want to get our hosting back, as the backup server was also in the same datacenter (×_×) and all of the Wordpress posts as well as interim translation work are hosted on the same server (yes, we are cheap...). And yes, Bakkin mail server is also hosted on the same VPS, so that is down, too :(, so don't try to email us. We'll see if they can get our stuff back next week. Otherwise, we'll be moving host. At least they will proceed with the translation of some missing chapters while retrieving the server from your site as soon as possible. But one thing is certain, "Yuru Yuri" will not be canceled so easily, the fun will continue! ^_^

Meanwhile, the Brazilian Portuguese translation of the manga is sunk in limbo: only 22 chapters in two volumes (except the extras) have been translated for some time (https://unionmangas.top/manga/yuru-yuri) (https://mangahosted.com/manga/yuru-yuri-mh21741). Even so, some online manga sites describe the manga's status as "in progress" even though there are no new chapter updates.

So... If they can not do anything about "Yuru Yuri" on this issue, I will have to translate the manga myself into Brazilian Portuguese by myself! >:) (I only understand English which is the easiest language to apply and I have all the volumes of "Yuru Yuri" in my files in their original language - from Japanese I understand almost all the lines...)

Speaking frankly, every time I read another chapter of "Hiro-san on Baka!", I feel that this manga is a falsehood when the plot begins to unfold but it can not succeed in completing what happens in the previous chapter, leaving the reader (assuming the readers of this sumptuous site) with a face so retarded that it no longer supports the "suspense" in which the manga always hits the same key.

In conclusion, I've had enough for today. But you want to know of a thing? I'm thinking of planning a rehabilitation clinic for stressed-out readers. lolololol xD

People here in this forum, today I share with you my experience in relation to the series "Cute Little Iron Maiden".

Last night I watched the manga-based live-action movie (whose name was even hypothetically translated as "The Torture Club"), and my goodness, think of a wildly graphic and shameless movie. In the midst of a few light scenes, most of them go beyond the limits: they are scenes so violent that it makes you want to think and say "What the hell is going on in this movie!?". Apart from the bad part of the thing, there is even a lesbian novel involved in the main plot, which is evident in the scenes before the end where it entails a psychological and physical drama of the two characters in question, something that the manga never was clearly emitted while the production of the film was being developed. The manga itself focuses only on black humor and comic gags, common in many seinen titles of this type; already the film has nothing of comedy in the plot, is very melodramatic and somewhat predictable. On the other hand, until the story went on unbelievably on its premise that, even after 55 minutes of pure wild BDSM, it all ended in a "happy ending" with the main characters being reconciled, tied and hugged with each other and doing the "act" during the final credits, while falling cherry blossom petals on the stage. But the production quality was very well orchestrated and scripted, worthy of an adult film. The cast of actresses also know to act firmly and gave a tone of reality in the skin of the characters, which left me a great impression. The post-production was also immeasurable thanks to visual effects, costumes, photography, soundtrack and moderate censorship (the actresses were exposed for very little, although the intimate parts are blurred minus the pubic hair). Thus, the film had everything it had to offer: they were successful in eroticism, violence, drama and romance, following almost faithful to the original work. They made a hilarious BDSM manga for a cruel, true story and, above all, mind-boggling.

I would not say that this film is too close to other Japanese porn movies because it is an outsourced production of Kadokawa Pictures, but I admit it was a good choice to watch it. I recommend everyone to do the same and think twice before giving their opinion on the live-action movie of the manga "Cute Little Iron Maiden".
