imo, many readers like Seju now because she has a more interesting story to tell than Sungji and Sumin's road to happiness-filler chapters xD
tbh, I felt that Sumin x Sungji's relationship focus too much on giving fanservice to the readers. which is not that bad. those sexual tension chapters were really good but their story lacks depth. I bet a lot of Sumin x Sungji shippers like this pairing because of those fluff chapters. I mean. can anybody tell why Sungji like Sumin? (or why Team Gaji can only tell how perfect Sungji is on her backstory?) Sungji didn't even know that she like Sumin until she had a conversation with her friends even though she's already on her early or mid-twenties lol. the fact that Team Gaji made Sungji too perfect and too innocent just to make Sumin to trust her and love her so easily in the story. kinda makes it a poorly written couple.
anyway, it's too predictable than Sumin and Sungji will be the endgame. the only twist on the story is really Seju. even until now. we still haven't got any clue on what her fate will be in the end.

Thanks Newp for the translation
I guess more readers here like the underdog character like Seju. Sungji is an alluring character but in my opinion. she's a Mary-sue material. so, I'm really waiting when we can see her flaws. recently, I find Sumin x Sungji sickeningly sweet for my taste. there's no plot motivation anymore for their relationship cause they're already together.
the WDTFS facebook community love the Sungji x Sumin pairing but in my case. I love characters like Seju who must struggle, learn and earn the right to a happy ending than someone who already got everything. and imo a flawed character who must overcome their faults, who must learn to change and face their fears is far more interesting.
I actually like Sungji. but I'm more interested and emotionally invested with the Seju x Sumin story (or even just Seju) maybe because I've read too much fluffy yuri manga's already xD and Sumin x Sungji doesn't offer me something new.
Sungji x Sumin have already done it all. so, imo there's nothing to be excited about their relationship. except, putting Seju into the picture and let the drama-fest begin. cause, tbh Seju's presence in the story is what makes WDTFS interesting. without her. it's just another fluffy GL story.

Cmon Seju is suffering too much? Isn't she the one who slept with someone else just because Sumin was depressed over her parents death? You can say it was 10 years ago yeah sure but it was too much suffering for Sumin back then. Betrayed by the only close person she had left.
lol. you do know that Sumin was the one who kept coming back to Seju. Seju is not even doing anything rather than wait for Sumin to love her again. in short Sumin is just giving her false hope while using and hurting her at the same time for 10 YEARS. Seju did cheated ONCE but it was because she thought that Sumin is going to leave her. it's not like she did it out of selfishness. everybody make a mistake once and in awhile. nobody's perfect except Sungji xD

"Traditionally, a couple ring is presented on the 100th day after the couple has been dating to show commitment and respect for the other person in the relationship." - from some random article i googled.
Basically it's just a way to show that you're happy with your partner.Don't know why everyone's freaking out about Sumin. Blonde has told her she doesn't care about her past and has given her comfort, so that Sumin can move on. That's what Sumin is trying to do now - to move on. It's not the best way to run away from problems rather than facing them, yes. But it's still better than being in an eternal stalemate. In my book it's a huge progress for her.
no one's freaking out xD I guess they're unsatisfied with the flow of the story. I mean Seju and Sumin had this very emotional chapter with Sumin contemplating her feelings for Seju. then, they followed it up with another Sungji x Sumin fluff chapter. I guess the continuity is kinda the problem.
I agree with others. Sumin is escaping her problems with Seju by seeing Sungji. just like what she's been doing in the past. after that "self-assessment" chapter. I actually thought Sumin will go to see Seju. but I guess she's too afraid to face something she want to bury in the past. even though she kept back coming to her. what a jerk xD

Team Gaji pandering to the Sumin x Sungji shippers xD then again, maybe it's too early for Seju and Sumin to continue their storyline since we still have 28 chapters left. now, it would be obvious that Sumin and Sungji are going out....well, they can deny that those are just friendship rings :D
@nguyen_510
I really like Seju. so, I can understand why you're frustrated with her story. especially when Team Gaji said that this would be a healing story. but when you try to analyze the possible endings. Seju's chances to end up with Sumin or have a happy ending are bleak. I don't mind Sumin x Sungji. but at least Team Gaji should give Seju even a hope to live happily after everything.
@Faylicia
I actually don't think that it would be a waste of a material (chapters) if Sungji x Sumin won't be the endgame. though it would disappoint many fans if Sumin didn't end up with anybody. that would be stupid imo lol. I think it will come down with the moral story. they said it would be a healing story but in what way? it's so hard to see a healing story when you can predict in the end that one character would have to suffer or be hurt in the process. (Seju on suicide watch)
@Seeya
Sungji and Sumin relationship are not that deep yet imo. but I'm really excited to see Sungj's reaction once she find out the truth. I've been re-reading some past chapters and I can totally see that Sungji is not a clueless character. though her conversation with her friends says differently. I think she's just keeping it all inside and her lack of POV makes her mysterious and hard to read. it would be totally refreshing to see Sungji show dark emotions. it would really humanize her compared to the perfect, innocent girl that everybody have grown to love.
plot twist might be that nothing happen between Seju and that bartender. and it's just her brother who set it all up lol.
I like the twist. :D
I think any TeamPink fan would want this scenario xD
@nguyen_510
I understand where your frustration is coming from cause you want Seju to be happy also because this is labeled as a healing story and you probably don't want it to end one-sidedly with Sumin x Sungji. but this is the dilemma that hook me up on the story. cause imo there's no right decision to choose. Sumin need to choose between Sungji. who love her at first sight and gave everything to her without demanding anything other than her love and attention. then to Seju. who for 10 years had been waiting for Sumin to forgive and love her again. even though she knows that Sumin is intentionally just using and hurting her all this time. you got to choose on hurting or healing someone. though imo Sungji can move on from Sumin. but Seju. there's no helping this poor lady. unless she realize that Sumin is not only girl in the world :D but chances for this is dim cause Seju's family is beyond horrible.
I actually think Sungji already have an idea what's happening. I guess she want to wait for Sumin to tell her. maybe out of respect also. the way she clenched her hands before she asked Sumin. if she wanted to tell her something. suggest that she want to find out but didn't cause it might upset Sumin. like she said. she just want to be with Sumin on that happy state/moment

There's so many possibilities on the ending that it's hard to figure out what would happen next. but my concern right now is really Seju. you can't basically call this a healing story without making things right for Sumin and Seju. cause these two characters are the one's who really needs the healing storyline. I like Sungji but it isn't fair either that Seju would be left out. there's no possible love interest for Seju other than Sumin. and I don't really like Nami for her either.it''s really hard to be on Seju's side.

@9toenails
good thing someone understands me lol. but I guess what Faylicia said is right. I think a chapter focus on Sungji's POV will help the readers understand her more. though, her lack of background story doesn't help either.
@Faylicia
Sungji imo is just too perfect/innocent or the way Team Gaji portray her so far. (yeah Mary Sue) I don't know sometimes she feels empty/blank to me. I mean, Sumin and Seju has a more interesting background story to tell than Sungji. who has live a normal life except now lol. I understand why Seju had fallen in love with Sumin but Sungji. (love at first sight? or doesn't even have an idea what's love at age 24 lol) the believability of Sungji's character is just isn't there while Sumin and Seju is more realistic.
on the future chap. yeah, I think Sumin will break it off with Sungji to be fair with her and not to deepen their relationship any further cause it will hurt Sungji more in the long run. especially, when she found out the truth about Seju. maybe then. we will see the other side of Sungji. I really can't wait when the three of them confront each other.
Once again. Sumin can't confront Seju or even talk to her after their argument. Sumin just really like escaping her problems with Seju by dating or seeing another woman. you know to occupy her thoughts and fill her time (well, I guess Sungji is an exception) the ending will certainly break this cycle.
and on Sungji. this is one of the reason why I think Seju is more relatable or easy to read. sometimes I really don't understand Sungji or she's really just naive and innocent about dating someone. Sungji is just too enthusiastic about her relationship with Sumin. yeah, kinda like what would you expect with someone experiencing their first love and yet she's also mature about it. giving Sumin space and not being inquisitive. sometimes, I really feel like she's lacking emotion or is it the way she was draw? I don't really know. don't criticize me. it's just my opinion.

I'm not surprised that a lot of readers suddenly like Seju now cause she's much more relatable than Sungji imo. Sumin x Sungji is like the fairy tale or ideal romantic relationship while Seju x Sumin shows that even true love can't be all too perfect in the end. it's like expectation vs reality.
I think Sumin do still have romantic feelings for Seju and it's not just because she's concern for her as a friend or sisterly love. cause why would she be jealousy when she found out about the scandal. she's even using her failed relationship just so, she could have a reason to go back to Seju. look at how many girls she's been with. though I have no doubt that Sumin is also in love with Sungji. question is, if her love for Sungji is more than enough for her to break all ties with Seju or Sumin love Seju so much that despite everything that happened to them. she really can't let go of her in the end.
I actually can see that Sungji can move on from Sumin while Seju would be on suicide watch if Sumin left her for good. tbh, I don't mind who's Sumin will choose as long as the three heroine will all have a happy ending. (crossfingers)

we can still relate to Sumin. I mean Seju cheated on her after her parents died. both situations must have been devastating for her. (and that ring still hasn't been explain)
Sumin x Seju is really twisted. Seju did admitted that she wished Sumin would never be happy with another woman so, that Sumin can't move on from her while Sumin doesn't want Seju to be with someone else other than her. you can feel Sumin's hatred towards Seju when she's talking down to her about the scandal issue. "it's not like the first time you have slept with someone else" and the "did you like it?" that's jealousy. she can't bear to see Seju with someone else meaning Sumin still really love Seju. both of them doesn't want the other to end up happily with another woman. though Seju is being passive about it while Sumin is being aggressive.
seriously guys, who do you think should end up with Sumin? cause honestly I can't decide. Team Gaji really did a good job making the readers sympathize for both Seju and Sungji. I always thought Seju would go with the psycho ex route but nope. she ended up one of the characters you can relate to.
I think no matter what Sungji will get hurt. love is not just about sunshine and rainbow. it's unfair but it's bound to happen. if I was Sumin. I would go crazy thinking on who will I choose lol. I can still remember when Sumin said that she was regretfully Sungji's first love.
I also think Sungji will get hurt. But that may actually be the development in Sumin and Sungji relationship that is needed to make them a sturdy couple.
right now. we don't really know. Sumin just admitted that she still has feelings for Seju. how will Sumin interact with Sungji again after this? she might break it off with Sungji as not to be unfair with her.
Red head: [ However staying next to someone like Sumin-ssi is such a waste of a girl like you ]
[ Sometimes it feels like you’re still in love with me. ]
[You’re right.]If Sumin keeps having this kinds of thought, I think she will go back to Seju.
I don't want Sungji to get hurt. It would be so unfair for her. I believe Team Gaji won't write such unfair story. That's why I can't guess what will happen next.

Newp, Thanks for the translation
the scars turn tattoo that Seju's brother inflict to Sumin is really a curse. cause it will always remind her of Seju no matter what. imo, Sumin had never lose her love for Seju. the heck, she still come back to her even after she cheated and after her brother beat her up. but I guess her hate for Seju outweights her love for her also. it's evident that she's jealous when she confronted Seju about the scandal issue. and what's with Sungji's atmosphere? lol. Sumin and Seju's gloominess is getting on her already. the outcome of the story is really getting unpredictable. though, hopefully no one dies in the end.

Sumin is the type that can't hide her feelings and the most emotionally unstable out of the heroines. I'm sure Sungji will notice that something is off right away. and we all know Sungji has this carefree attitude. she'll say or do whatever she wants without thinking twice.so, I think things will escalate quickly once Sungji knows the truth
Nami really did a good job creating a drama to knock some senses out of Seju and Sumin. She made Seju realize and acknowledge that even if how long she waited for Sumin to love her again. things will never go back the way it was before between them and it resulted with Sumin realizing she still have feelings for Seju.
Sungji looks like the third party or the one who's out of place in the current storyline. I know that despite everyone saying that Sungji is the main heroine.I think it's the three of them. no one is much important than the other. though Sumin is the center/focal character of everything. Nami is a good friend though. I mean she knows Sumin has an option now other than being with Seju. so, if Sumin really want a happy ending. she will need to resolve her issue with Seju. no matter what/who she chooses in the end.

Exactly. To be honest this chapter made me dislike Seju and Sumin together, because of how Sumin crossed the line of being an asshole to Seju. It was a big turn off.
But did Sumin realise how hurt Seju actually is? Seju should be more assertive when she was saying these things to her, but she seemed a little passive about it again. We've come to a point where Sumin's character needs to be redeemed. And on top of that, who knows what she's going to do to Sungji now.
I bet Sumin will let her frustration out by having angry sex with Sungji. I don't know lol it's like every time you'll see Sumin and Sungji together now. it always involve sex. and on Seju. I actually can't wait if ever Sumin breakdown to Seju and ask her for forgiveness. that will be satisfying to see. hopefully, it won't be because Seju got into a vehicular accident or something like that. right now, I actually can't see or predict on how will this be a healing story. if it won't be a happy ending for everybody. Sumin really has a lot of issues to dealt with...mentally. Seju is actually more sane and mature than her. yeah, she cheated once but that was because of Sumin also. though I'm not justifying her action. I just think enough is enough already. it's actually amazing how they've been together for 10 years without even resolving their issues or even talk about it once. until Nami came along too freaking late "10 Years". maybe, they're just too afraid to have a closure, fearing it would totally end their relationship. Sumin felt like she's moving on with Sungji but in reality can't really let go of Seju also. I mean every time Sumin is together with Sungji. it always reminds her of the time when she was so in love with Seju in the past. (I think Sungji remind Sumin on how naive and innocently in love she was with Seju.)
I actually like how Nami is the witness to the past and present state of Seju and Sumin's relationship. Nami saw how happy Sumin was with Seju on the past. and now it's like torture watching them use and abuse each other. (Sumin's part)

Sumin is like the antagonist character now in the eyes of almost every reader lol. her character is like ME, ME, ME!!! it's should always be about ME!!! I was like cheering for Seju when she finally talk back to Sumin and made her realize that she's not the only one who's hurting in their relationship. Sumin literally talk to Seju like she's trash. I mean come on. it's been 10 years already. I think Seju have already made up for her mistake to Sumin. and her sudden outburst just confirms that she still love Seju. now, Sumin will question her feelings for Sungji. and I'm kinda convince that Nami didn't have any ulterior motives behind her action. maybe she really just wanted to help Sumin to freaking wake up already. I'm still conflicted on who deserves the happy ending with Sumin or Sumin doesn't deserve them both. can't really wait for next chapter.
Yeah Nami x Sumin was totally unnecessary. Not to mention crossing the line a bit. Gaji, we do not care about every possible couple combination xD
Next thing you know, Sumin sleeps with glasses girl lol
I think Team Gaji just wants to confirm about the fan speculation that Nami and Sumin did really slept together at one point and nothing else. what's funny is that even though this is a yuri manwha. we all think that Sumin and Nami are at best just friends or only have sisterly love for each other. so, it only proves a point that we're not just after the sex scenes after all. it's all about the story dammit!!! lol
cant find a freaking translation online T____T. growl growl!!
i have no self control when it comes to this Manhwa.. Im way to invested in these fictional relationships....It was posted a page ago here by Newp
Also Sumin didn't cheat on Seju with Nami. They slept together after Sumin broke up with Seju
yeah. I just noticed it. Sumin already had the tattoo when she incidentally slept with Nami. meaning it was after Seju cheated on her. which is kinda unnecessary imo.

lol.I can't believe Sumin and Nami did slept together cause they were drunk. so, basically Sumin did kinda cheated on Seju before with the same reason Seju cheated with Sumin. "Out of Drunkenness" and as it turns out. Sumin is more messed up than Seju. we thought that Seju was the 'psycho' ex-girlfriend until we saw how immature Sumin on this chapter. she questions Seju sleeping with her friend and yet she's the one sleeping with all different women every time the opportunity comes. but I'm happy that Sumin still love Seju cause I did have a feeling that she's just repressing her feelings for Seju all this time. I mean why the heck does she keep coming back to her anyway? imo because she can't totally let get go of her also. now, I'm thinking that Sumin x Sungji might not be the happy ever after couple. it might really be Sumin x Seju forgiving each other and starting things for the better this time. cause I don't see this a healing manwha with Seju committing suicide in the end. it will just be a tragic story. Seju deserved a happy ending also. that's 10 years of waiting. while I think Sungji can move on from her first love. I mean there was a scene where Sungji's friends were telling her that first love is just meant to be an "experience" which might be a hint in the story while you can see on the flashbacks. how Seju x Sumin totally love each other until the accident. and now let's all thanks Nami for all the sh*t that is coming for the love triangle heroines which is a good thing imo. can't wait!!!

I don't think Seju sabotages all of Sumin's relationships after her. Sumin's relationship ends mostly because of her, like her relationship with the lawyer. Her relationship with the redhead was doomed to fail anyway since she was two-timing her, and she was the other person.
maybe you're right. I don't know lol. since so far Seju didn't do anything to Sungji. well, mainly because Sumin will get angry at her. sadly, I can't see Seju having a good ending. if only Sumin could be split into two. Sumin only had relationships that won't work. just like what Seju said and Seju is taking advantage of it. but what will Seju do? when Sumin find someone like Sungji. that could easily will be Sumin's way of letting go of her completely.
