I see the arch lasting more than 3 chapters, which I am fine with. The more we can see into No-Rae the better in my opinion. We all complained, myself included how we didn't get much from her so far. Maybe throughout the rest of the manga we will get more from No-Rae's perspective. I remember someone said a while back No-Rae has multiple layers, and just when you think you have her figured out, only more needs to be revealed. So, we are still pealing those layers off.

In all honesty, I like knowing were these cararacters come from. But my main worry is that we will get 100 chapters with "will you go out with me, I really like you" then the story will be over, with no lovey dovey stuff or relationship angst. Id love to see them interact as a couple in love!

I worry about that too. If we get at least 5 lovey dovey chapters I will be happy.

I love how Ssamba keeps us on the edge of our seats, guessing what will happen next.

Honestly, this is probably my favorite yuri manga because we have so much character development and it's at this steady pace.(Girlfriends would be my second favorite, only because it was my first yuri manga)
I've read too much yuri where it's one-shots that are rushed with little/no plot development.

I like the show yuri in all it's glory, but @Ushio I feel the same about the plot. It seemed the first two episodes there was leading into an almost solid plot then it just turned into side story stuff. I think this show has a lot of potential but it may lose some of its serious yuri fans. ( I will stick it out until the end, hoping that there will be more plot).

I don't think it would have been as good as it is now. I mean ff can go past 100 chapters and I will be fine with it because as I've said before every interaction with sides characters has impacted the plot (moved the story forward). That's also true in real life. Everyone we meet impacts our own stories. Ssamba is an amazing story teller. We will see what she has in store for us but I know No-Raes ex will only help Seol-a and No-Rae get together.

Dang ssamba knows how to make a likeable male character-- usually I don't like any males whatsoever in Yuri and if there is I strongly dislike them (lol sorry if that offended anyone) but wow sung-pyo seems like a chill man

I feel the same. I can't help but like them together. Ughh. I'm feeling so conflicted. Seol-A prepare your A game. You will need it to get your girl!!

Episode 6 Summary
It's "Mermaid Festival", sponsored by Welter and meant as a thing for everyone in the island, not just those in the castle. The centerpiece is the beauty pageant. Meifon wants to make money and convinces Mirei to enter the pageant somehow. Mirei undergoes "training" in order to win. Charlotte is the favorite to win (until now obviously). Lady J will also participate.

That dragon in the first picture looks like the dragon from dbz..on drugs. Lol
