I think they might be Jaune's sister and her wife from RWBY, but I'm not certain.

EDIT: Looking at it more closely, I'm pretty certain it is them now. They have a stroller and the kid out on the rink is the spitting image of their son

Technically it's sort of come out, partially at least? There's a compilation movie of the first few episodes called 'Beginnings' that released in Theatres in Japan a few weeks ago and I think it's also getting a limited release here in the West. That being said, I still don't know what happened in the film, I've been avoiding spoilers waiting for the TV broadcast.
