I SOOOOO hope this is how it's going to end. I have my doubts about Cool Kyoushinsha's ability to pull any of it off though T_T

It's kind of weird how both moms had children at a young age with completely nameless and faceless men who were never heard from or seen afterwards . It feels like there's some world building factors in the story that the author just never felt like giving. Not that it really matters to the plot obviously, I just find it a bit strange. It's like Tomoyo's mom from Cardcaptor Sakura having had a husband at some point all the while being very obviously not interested in men in any way, shape or form :P Like, how did THAT happen ?

Without spoiling too much, Auntie/Kagami's mom comes off pretty bad in all this. She does get redeemed by the fact that she did an actual good job of raising Indo and being a legit parent for her though.

I do get a bit of a chuckle imagining a younger person reading this lewd arc and expecting their own first sexual experience to be just like that :P Actual real life sex doesn't quite work like that, sadly ! Still, it's nice to fantasize a little I guess.

Here I was hoping for more HaruMatsu considering that's the only plotline that's enticing me to keep on reading this :( I love Yuzu and Mei but the story has become so mild from what it once was. I was hoping to see them as more of a side couple in this series so that HaruMatsu could be fleshed out more but we're just getting sprinkles of it instead :')

Just seeing Yuzu and Mei living life as an actual couple free from all the baggage would have been fine by me TBH, it's pretty much all I wanted out of Citrus+ . Couldn't even get that, sadly :(

Don't even joke about that stuff !! XP It feels like Kon-san probably has quite a few ex, since she had the whole '' prince'' vibe in highschool and all. I can see how keeping in touch with all of them might be a pain for her. I sure didn't stay friend with mine, it just always feels super awkward to me and I'd rather just let go completely (^^)

It might be wishful thinking on my part, but I'd like to think a lot more happened during that night than what Kobayashi remembers ;-)

This is the best chapter in a good long while in my book. It has everything that makes Yuzu a good, likable character, plus an all too rare moment of Mei losing a bit of self control and acting like a normal young woman for a minute. THIS is the citrus I love.

Wait, sure, Yuzu is Yuzu, but where is Mei "acting like a normal young woman"?

Remember, I did say '' for a minute '' :P She got a tiny bit flustered there and lost a small percentage of her self control program. I count this as a win !

Really fun anime but I remember being slighly dissapointed by the amount of actual yuri in it. It was quite a few years ago though so I might be fuzzy about the details.

Really glad there's going to be more of this, it quickly became one of my favorite reads last year. It's comfy slice of country life a la like non non biyori or yuru camp but with just enough adult women being gay sprinkled on top to really get me .

I was wondering when the new batch of chapters would get on dynasty! The little festival/student council mini-arc was really fun, Kamu as president in particular is bound to be good for a lot of funny moments. It's nice that Tama is getting a bit more attention as well, she tends to be stuck in the comic relief position a lot but she's always been one of my favorites. I hope the author will actually go a bit deeper into her apparent jealousy.

I think my main issue was how awful Watanabe has treated Yoshioka. Be it in her thoughts or not. Meanwhile, Yoshioka turned out to be this nice girl, a great sister, and overall a good person. All because she didn't fit with the narrative inside Watanabe's head. Now doesn't that sound familiar huh? Now I'm not sure if it's a clever setup or not, but if it was, bravo.

Regardless, this chapter was a nice step in the right direction. I just want to like Watanabe. I already like Yoshioka. Let me like the other protag.

Yeah Watanabe seems like a stereotypical "I like yuri because its pure, and its different from those gross real life lesbians" type of character (of coure with a big helping of internalized homophobia because she can't allow herself to be "yuri") and I hope that she gets a proper character arc where she learns to stop viewing everyone through that lens of "yuri manga roles". I think there's some potential for Yoshioka to have a big positive influence on Watanabe.

I'd say she doesn't even like yuri in general, just the very specific marimite corner of the genre. Which is pretty much the least grounded in reality and the least attainable of the bunch . Her ideal is 90% esthetics and 10% actual human emotions and desires.
