I think the waitress was the girl she kissed at the start. Made some sense to me, just that the main character likes the character she went to the cafe with.

You'd think so, except that would mean their hair colour, hair style, dress style, personality and sexuality had changed since page 2. Soooo who the heck was it.

I think the first page and half of page 2 were in the past. Half way through page 2 we are a few(?) years into the present. So yeah I think they were the same girl.

Nah, strike that. It probably is a different girl. Page 13 may be a flash back at a different restaurant?

Sayaka doesn't seem to think Touko is able to enter a relationship. And actually, Touko isn't in a relationship. She's just intoxicated by the feeling of love. If Yuu were to respond positively to her feelings, maybe Touko would run away.

Because Sayaka has feelings for Touko, she knows she can't enter a relationship with her. Because it would put pressure on Touko.

Touko entered a one-sided relationship with Yuu because it allows her to experience love, without the pressure of the other person's expectation.

And Yuu still ponders.

It's like an anti love triangle...or a triangle with only half a side?

I think that roll of film in chap 7 is really interesting.
Imma probably going to read too much into it but...

The first part of the roll is Yuki shooting pics of the guy from a position where it doesn't seem like he is aware of her.
The second part is Yuki throwing the camera to Akari and running off expecting Akari to chase and shoot Yuki from a postion of being pursued. She says 'shoot without even thinking about it'.

Kinda describes their relationships...

Well in Onada's defence we haven't actually seen her interact with fluffy-haired girl whose name escapes me (starts with an N I think) since she realized she was wrong. Like she's perfectly nice to her friends and they're pretty much all girls she quietly judged in her early chapters before getting to know them.
