So, Regalia ran into some production problems and it doesn't look like we're going to get ep5 until around next season

Any news on the yuri? Is anything even happening this season? I'm so desperate, someone help me.

New Game is New Game, Love Live Sunshine is heavy on the subtext, the main characters in Regalia are dating, Amanchu has subtext, and Ange Vierge is subtext-heavy. Qualidea Code either has a yuri couple or one girl with a massive crush that the other doesn't mind (they haven't gotten much focus). Tabboo Tatto has had a number of yuri moments but I'm not sure if they're just for fanservice. Macross Delta continues to have a lesbian couple in the background

I think I'd hate Himeko in real life, but she's certainly entertaining to read about

Generally when something that was about finished is suddenly give an ETA of "who knows" and all the staff is removed this isn't a sign that you'll ever see it. I mean, it could show up later, but I wouldn't get my hopes up

I'd say the problem with this season isn't that it's bad but that most of the good stuff is kind of niche. The only real general (anime) audience show that's decent is Taboo-tattoo

Also, what was that announced anime of a girl and a demon(?) girl? That iirc, the artist is someone who has done yuri. Pretty sure someone posted it here or on as a topic.

(I remember that it was up on the charts for last season but was removed.)

Shingeki no Bahamut: Manaria Friends. It was abruptly indefinitely delayed (read: cancelled)

Sunshine has been fairly erratic. Okay ep1, great ep2, ep3 is largely taken from the original. Hope it'll do something to stand out soon

Love Live Sunshine. Otherwise there's Amanchu, which is far on the slice-of-life side, and Ange Vierge, which has the rough premise of a standard school battle fantasy but the cast and tone of a CGDCT series

Ange Vierge is indeed super-gay. Kind of aggressively mediocre, though

Qualidea Code definitely has something going on the navy girls. Reminds me of KonoSetsu. Downside being that I'm not sure how much focus they'll get

Well, there is some subtext in Amanchu. Though, by all accounts it's going to fade away pretty fast. And I find it unwatchably slow

The yuri subtext is real in Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars (^ o ^)/

Of the many mysteries introduced in the first episode the most confounding would have to be why they're going with the "sisters" excuse if they're not going to put any effort into it

First episode is about as good as can be reasonably hoped for. Changes include some new material, yuri elements being played up, and a touch more fanservice

What confuses me though is that the OP heavily features Hajime and Yun

Also Tales of Zestria the X is most likely going to have yuri subtext between Rose and Alisha. I already got vibes from the Prologue Ep. 00.

A bit early to call it (Alisha has barely interacted with Rose at this point), but yeah, they're together in the OP and 00 seemed to be writing Alisha as into girls. Wouldn't be surprising, at least

First episode was pretty fun. This season seems to emphasize the comedy more than the original did

Bit early to say much about most of the characters, but Chika does look like an improvement on Honoka. Smarter and gayer

So the main character of the new Love Live seems to like girls...

Sato is a genuine badass. Also, creepy, much like everyone else in this series
