Not exactly... it's more like a nonlinear story about a group of girls (who go to the same college and are good friends) and their relationships, both with each other and with other women.

In the first chapter, we are introduced to all the main characters so far. Chapters 2 and 3 are about Kotoko and Tsutsuji (who become a couple). Chapter 4 is about Miki and Satou (who may become a couple or not, as it's not certain yet whether Miki returns Satou's feelings). Chapter 5 is about Kana and two women, Yoriko and Mao, who we didn't know before. Next chapters might tell us more about all these pairings, or be about completely new girls, or both -- as the free narrative structure gives the author a lot of room for improvisation.

So they are not really one shots... more like vignettes of the lives of a group of characters presented to us in a mostly nonlinear way.

Hello to everyone and happy holidays! With ch191 we've finished with v14! We already have some chapters ready from v15 but we don't have the extended version of the chapters (we're missing the cover, table of contents and bonus schetches at the end of some chapters), so we decided to wait until this get released to upload further chapters. It shouldn't take long, v15 should be ending soon since 16 were already released. Nonetheless, we also decided not to do this for the following volumes, since we would make people wait for a lifetime. I hope you can enjoy some nice vacation and these chapters!

La autora de Yuri Kagi, SetaSeta, tiene otro manga yuri que se llama Yuri Kabe. Yuri Kagi quiere decir "La Llave del Yuri" y Yuri Kabe quiere decir "La Pared del Yuri."

Yuri Kabe tiene 8 capítulos, y es tan delicioso y divertido como Yuri Kagi. Yuri Kabe nunca ha sido traducido al español, pero ha sido completamente traducido al inglés. Sin embargo, no se lo encuentra aquí en Dynasty, ni tampoco en ningún online reader de mangas en inglés.

Ah, pero adivinen qué: ¡he encontrado en un sitio de archivos la versión inglesa de Yuri Kabe COMPLETA!

hey, all of this has been translated years ago on danbooru, mostly by the same person. that person gave the ok for it to be hard translated, but 79 specifically has a alot translated by someone else. no contact with them.

... Honest question: Why would anyone have issue with their publicly available translations being typeset if it's obvious that they never had the time to spare or perhaps even intention to do it themselves? So long as due credit is given, I don't see any problem with doing that page without waiting for a response from the translator.

This brings memories.

Long time ago, I translated a manga to English, a whole 10+ volumes of it. We're talking about those times when scanlation was still an unknown thing. I translated chapter by chapter and posted the text files to a manga ML. People then would download the scans of the original Japanese pages and read 'em holding a printed copy of my translations in hand. If some guy at the time had suggested taking the scans of a Japanese manga and editing and rewriting every single speech balloon in English, everyone would have thought he was crazy. Those were the days.

Much later, when scanlation became a thing, this manga was fully scanlated using my translations. The team who did the job gave me credit and everything, but they never contacted me to ask for my permission. And I never thought there was a problem with that. I mean, I made my translations publicly available for the fan community to enjoy, so why would I complain just because somebody made them even more readily available and easy to enjoy for everyone... right?

Yay, more chapters! I thought this was already done. I love that we got to see this scene from another perspective.

Is that cellphone argument even really an argument? Apparently in the West most write about 70 characters per minute per hand. So frankly if you have paper ready the speed difference for such short stuff like what you'd want to order etc. compared to typing in your smartphone is probably negligible; in Japanese that's a few kanji or whatever and you are done. Plus, text size is obviously much larger the way she goes about it ...
