This is fun. It's chaotic, zany and Hinata is getting so intensely horny on main that she's jumping between Shojo lead and poor dumdum. It's so great

1. The thing that Evie is changing in the timeline is that Elsa immediately remembers her and pursues her when they meet again (unlikely, because didn't the bracelet react to Evie trying to tell Elsa her name when they first met?) or
2. Elsa gets her memories wiped. But, really specifically, like, only of Evie's name. She remembers the promise vividly and what Evie looks like, so this is kind of doubtful?

So ... has the author given up on making it all join up together? It's not that huge of an issue if they don't, plotholes schmotholes. But it is making the chapters less enjoyable as all this plays out in the back of my mind.

It's a stable time loop. I think it's to ensure Evie remembers Elsa early on so they can dodge this and start their romance earlier and fix the demon issue earlier

I could see that, yeah; though, she didn't really out Hiroko here. She only confessed her crush, and Hiroko still has an out of she wants it. People crush on their senpai's all the time. So this was basically that declaration of her being a lesbian that you mentioned, but with some added Ayaka flair.

Still it feels weird. Like there's power if her and Risa both came out to be like 'See, Hiroko, there's nothing to be scared of :D'

It wouldn't be a love interest threat if the LI threat wasn't extra like that and a legitimate threat

Mhmmm ... the fact that Chinatsu ended up resigning along with "all the old guard" and then refusing any further contact kiiiiiinda makes me vaguely suspicious that the "rumors" might not have been entirely unfounded, but obviously that's neither here nor there.

Considering the realism, Japan is a culture of saving face. So even WITH a rumor, her career could be done. Like not even doing anything. Just a rumor would kill her career. Honestly I can't hate Hiroko on this. She actually did the responsible thing. She's her junior. She's 13 years older. Like she's dense but like in real life, this would be a major faux pax and so many people would get sketched out and create a toxic environment due to that level of power.

Where she even says that like 'yeah, I would love to but I can't give you what you want. To be out, happy and in love. Risa on the other hand can'

More pressingly, its fitting that the head of a murder organisation has a hobby that involves nurturing life. Shows that even behind her screens, radios and paperwork she feels her hands are dirty too

That's actually what the org Yor works for is. They're called the garden/nursery/whatever. Their job dayjob is also a nursery. Thought that was a fun touch.

Honestly I'm getting such fun Leon, Lycoreco and SpyxFamily vibes from this. Like it seems very easily anime-able too with crisp action and likeable characters. Like this is fun.

Also yeah she's totally another assassin spying her as a new bestie.

I feel like the point of this chapter was more that Aya is worried that she might have a rival for Koga's affection and is trying to deal with that by making herself even more attractive, as would be expected of a gyaru type of girl. It may feel a bit like fluff but it is speaking to deeper issues in their relationship that may need to be sorted out later

Yeah the whole thing is spelling out that she's feelings scared and trying to peacock a bit

Similar things toe the line of flirty and comedic, like when the little sister said 'too late, she's mine', you wouldn't normally expect that, so it's funny...but because the two MCs are a romantic interest, and it's yuri, then the big sister felt that anxiety/jealousy from that otherwise comedic moment.

It's kind of like the scene from Anemone in Heat where it's like it's romantic because it's playing off a place where two women can casually be in a situation like that and how intensely charged that is if said women were into each other. Also why onsen scenes are so popular for the sudden gay realization
