Koharu's backstory is yuri (Aki's love for her). Chapter 0 was Koharu setting up a yuri relationship (and that was a second girl candidate, they already had a choice between guy and girl for their target.) Adult Aki-chan was set up with another woman. The current target, well, she wrote a love letter to a boy, but I wouldn't bet against her ending up with (girl) friend Hasumi.

The cupids are supposed to be loveless (though Kanna seems oddly attached) but they've been shedding yuri all over the place.

I did some re-reading. Citrus+ certainly started off strong, Not sure where it went awry, I got up to Mei and her dad about to give a talk.

They were fine when I read it, and looks fine at a glance now. The page numbers go up as they should.

It’s remarkable how commenters here care so much more about the boyfriend than the story does.

I mean, the story itself keeps bringing him up. It could have had her dump him several chapters ago; many of us thought she had given the line about her friends trying to get them back together. Instead it's being strung along for some reason. Maybe just for "ooh, cheating!" frisson, maybe something else.

Marika can just leave, she's not being held down, she's not being economically coerced (she wants money for an expensive purse.) Things go in a weird direction for her, but purse and pride mean it's worth it to her to stay despite reading porn and getting groped.

(Or because of reading porn and getting groped, depending on how you read her evolution.)

Exact same geology lesson as the original raws. I translated it word for word apart from the mnemonic (Gave Bad Grand Violin Player Rough Dice Again) which followed the same principle of taking syllables from each term.
