Normally I would think the next chapter something will conveniently happen that will prevent them from getting any further than that. But this manga has already proven me wrong in those kind of assumptions so idk.

That would be pretty funny. I don't think so though, even when a person is quite fluent in english as a second language you can still usually tell it isn't their mother tongue. The more text a person has to write in a second language the more chances they have to slip up and make a grammatical mistake. In the 29 chapters I've read thus far nothing has popped up to me that would indicate the translator doesn't have a natural handling of the language, though english isn't my first language either so maybe I just didn't notice.
