Before playing this game people should be aware that at its core it's more about how the game plays and in turn how much you love to do said playing, rather than a great overarching story with world building or character interactions/growth. There was a demo on the Switch, no clue if PC got one, but you should try it out first. It's fun, though, just... was different than what I expected going into it. H'aanit's definitely my favorite character, though.

Whoa, I had no idea Galaxy Angel started as VNs. I was only familiar with the anime (which I love, god is it stupid and great- that one episode were Mint is Milfeulle's dad, if I'm remembering correctly) and the manga. I'mma look into the games now. But even from the anime, I always liked these two's interactions.

I'm a sucker for stories where an adolescent helps a struggling adult grow as a person. The interactions between these two were really touching so far, regardless of romance being a thing that happens here or not.

Youtube's algorithms got it right tonight and showed me the trailer for it earlier, am pretty stoked. Non Non Biyori is one of those shows/mangas that I really appreciate as an adult, as it fills me with a big dose of nostalgia. Dunno, just reminds me of the good parts of childhood, and I'm not even a particularly sentimental person.

Velvet is a not-so-terrible monster who literally devours things, so the blood play's not really too surprising. It isn't my scene, either, but with these two, I can see why an artist would depict them this way.
