For me, the elephant in the room for NicoMaki is Nico must graduate, and soon, and Maki is probably going to give up music and dancing, so their relationship is somewhat doomed. Alongside that, there is the huge difference between which side of the tracks they're from. With HonoNico, there is what has to be a lot of resentment lurking inside Nico that Honoka succeeded where Nico failed. Straight up, they did exactly the same thing, went through very similarly humiliating starts, and Nico was unable to keep her group together. We saw a lot of that in the "Why is Honoka the Leader?" episode. There's also a little graduation angst, but Honoka might still be into being an idol. I look forward to a HonoNico where Nico gets that out there and they deal with it.

Nico kinda gets over her resentment during the series though, particularly since Honoka ends up making the thing she wanted most -- being a true idol -- possible at all. I can see a little angst over not getting there entirely on her own, but it wouldn't be too major.

As to Honoka continuing to perform, well if the movie is anything to go by...

It's usually "all of a sudden", but "the" is used occasionally. Mostly by people who misheard the regular version as kids and just kept saying it. Similar to how "toe the line" became "tow the line" for some people.

I noticed that regular members of the forum sometimes create topics to talk about a variety of subjects (like anime news, fanfiction or whatever). Is it okay if I make a topic to talk about yuri manga that have been translated to other languages (mainly Spanish) but haven't been translated to English yet?

I would have expected this in the Suggestions for Improvement discussion. But in any case, yes it's fine. Just make sure you choose the appropriate category and we're good.

I think what gets me about chapter 7 is how lively Midori is. It's in reaction to her mom to some degree, in the same way that almost everything she does is in reaction to something external, but there's a less inward-looking energy to her in the presence of her mother. Maybe it's the fact that she's finally getting some validation for the decision she made to take in Haru, who knows. But if she were like this more often, she'd be more functional in the world.

Either way, there's a welcome lightness to the chapter after all the heaviness earlier.
