It gotta be quite an ambiguous word, because when Ichika tries to picture herself in Jirou's place her mental image is of herself in the role of a DOG, on her knees and tongue lolling out, while Aria pets her tenderly.

(And she looks turned on by the idea, lol. Normally, that's where you include a caption saying "Something awakened inside her!")

I didn't look at the raw but I imagine its下僕 (geboku) which is commonly used in vampire stories for the sub-vampires of the primary vampire. It's often just translated as "servant" though as I believe that term existed back when the servants were all men. I think "retainer" (with the meaning "A dependent or follower of someone of rank.") might be the best translation in this situation.

Nice job on the translator figuring out how to translate chapter 23. For those wondering, the first three characters were "su" "ki" "da" (I like you) whereas the full version was "su" "ki" "da" "ra" "ke" (you're wide open/vulnerable). Doesn't work quite as well in English.

I stop reading for a week and suddenly there's 10 pages of posts, most of them on May 10th (get out of the house some people, it was a weekend/Friday night).

This is probably the first time I've seen such a mess on dynasty. It's fun!

This seems to happen every popular manga on here, especially if they're characters that look young. Citrus and YagaKimi had several such "incidents". Yuri pulls a lot of different types of people with wide-ranging opinions together, people that often don't talk to people outside their circle I think. So clashes are natural I think.

And back on topic, Chapter 20 and 21 were great. Smelling chapters are awesome.

Edit: Chapter 22 was even better. Reversal is amazing.

i find Hino-san a bit too forceful.

There's no evil intent, just "I tease you because I like you", so it's almost ok, but it borders on bullying and we never know if Koguma is really on board or if she's afraid of something.

She's always on board with it because she's always going to the locations of her own free will without any kind of blackmail or threatening. Any fear is just the reader reading something into the story that isn't in the writing. I really don't get all the people who see bullying in this manga, not saying you are one, but others (notably a bunch of people on reddit/discord) are saying this is bullying.

Anyone thinking Koguma is getting bullied/tricked/forced into anything is just flatly wrong. She's enjoying and continues to enjoy it. Hino doesn't approach her ever other than when Koguma initiates by arriving at their meeting spot.

Definitely not the bullying tag. If both characters are enjoying it, it's not bullying. Especially if the one getting "bullied" always comes to the one doing the "bullying".

As for the ecchi, yeah maybe, but I don't think showing a bit of skin is ecchi. For it to be ecchi you usually need to show panties/bra.
